This Negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation from Mohawk Medbuy Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “MMC") to Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting System and Accessories; for a contract term of five (5) years with an option to extend for two additional periods of two years each. Proponents must be able to meet or exceed all the requirements of this RFP for a Hospital-by-Hospital award, for the following categories: • Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting System and Accessories Proponents must have the breadth of product to meet the commitment level in order to be in consideration for the committed portion of the award for the category.
