Bid solicitation # 23-226061, issued under the framework of the E60ZT-18TSPS Supply Arrangement for task-based professional services, for the provision of the following professional services:Stream 3: Project Management Services/ Category: 3.9 Project MonitorForeign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) (hereinafter the “Client”) requires performance evaluation and monitoring services for the following three sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) projects:Women and Girls Standing up with Dignity for our Sexual and Reproductive RightsImproving Citizen Engagement in SRHR in Léogâne and Gressier Supporting Equal Sexual and Reproductive HealthThe Consultant/Project Controller will be responsible for evaluating the performance of these 3 projects. The Consultant/Project Controller will travel to the field, visit projects, consult with project stakeholders and beneficiaries and participate in committee meetings as needed. The Consultant/Project Controller will provide advice to DFATD on technical aspects of project implementation when deemed necessary and appropriate by the project manager.Location: The Consultant will work from his office but will also be required to travel to Haiti and to DFATD headquarters.Official languages: The Contract must be able to provide resources capable of communicating and writing in French.PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From the contract award date to March 31, 2026The intent of this solicitation is to establish one (1) contract.
