Box 579 Clarksdale, MS 38614-0579                                     Separate sealed Bids for the construction of: Moon Lake Water Main Relocation for ERBR-SAP-14(83) MCWI Project   will be received by the Owner at the Coahoma County Courthouse-115 First Street, Clarksdale, MS 38614 in the Board of Supervisors Board Room until 2: 00p.m.CDT  on 22 July 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.   The project consists of the following major items:    150 L.F. 8” C-900 PVC Water Main 400 L.F. 8” HDPE Directional Bore Two (2) 8” Tapping Sleeve with Valve Miscellaneous Items  The Contract Documents including detailed Instructions to Bidders may be obtained at the office of the Engineer, Smith & Weiland, upon payment of $150.00, NON-REFUNDABLE, for each set. Please send requests and remittance to: Smith & Weiland, Surveyors and Engineers, Inc., 728 Cherry Street, Helena, AR 72342. (ph. 870.338.6550), anna@smithweiland.com.
