Full Description

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans (Drawing Number 22-11A, Sheets 1-6), Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include the trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of existing 60-inch corrugated metal storm drain pipe along Pembridge Street, beginning approximately 80 feet north of Pederson Road and ending at Whitman Court, roughly 300 feet east of Moorpark Road. Rehabilitation will be executed in place utilizing either Spin-cast Geopolymer Mortar Lining or Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining to restore structural capacity and extend the service life of the stormwater facility without open-trench excavation, minimizing construction duration, overall cost, surface disruption, and utility impacts to the surrounding neighborhood. Additional work includes constructing a new utility maintenance hole, removing and replacing existing access structures, adjusting manhole frames and covers as needed, temporary stormwater management or bypass pumping, traffic control, surface restoration, and project closeout.
