Morris Street Sewer Pump Station Wet Well Repairs Project

Bid #2026-02: The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for the repair of the interior wet well at the Morris Street Sewer Pump Station. Key work items include the installation and operation of a temporary sewer bypass pumping system to divert flows. The wet well interior will be prepared by power washing and sandblasting to remove the existing epoxy filler and achieve a CSP 5 surface profile. Concrete surfaces will then be repaired using a specified cementitious crystalline waterproofing mortar. The project also includes an additive bid item for the replacement of four pump intake suction bells, contingent on their condition as assessed after dewatering. All work must be performed while maintaining traffic and pedestrian access.
