Motorcycle Safety Training

Mountain Home Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to deliver on-site motorcycle safety training services that comply with Department of Defense Instruction 6055.04 and Air Force Instruction 91-207, ensuring all military personnel in a federal duty status who operate or intend to operate a street-legal motorcycle receive Level 1 and Level 2 training. The contractor must provide certified Basic Rider Course (BRC I) and Advanced Riders (Enhanced Street Skills) programs using Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) training methods, conducted at the installation in Idaho. Training must align with Motorcycle Safety Foundation standards and any other DoD-approved curricula, with all work subject to quality control measures and correction of non-conforming services at no additional cost to the government.
