The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, is conducting market research through a Sources Sought notice to identify potential vendors capable of supplying Motorola radio systems and accessories for Foreign Military Sales purposes, specifically to support Ukraine’s existing secured communications network. The equipment required includes MOTOTRBO DM4601e, R7 UHF, and R7 VHF radios along with associated accessories, with quantities specified at 10,690 mobile VHF units, 34,950 portable VHF units, and 2,100 portable UHF units. All equipment must be Quality A “New and Original,” fully compliant with the form, fit, and function of the current Ukrainian network, and interoperable with its unique encryption algorithms.
