It seeks 190 units of a resilient mount for utility and general-purpose applications, specifically an insulator and radiator mount, identified by NSN 5340-01-197-3461, with a guaranteed minimum order of 28 units and a maximum contract value of $350,000. All supplies must adhere to stringent packaging standards per MIL-STD-2073-1E and DLA RP001, requiring cleaning and drying only with no preservation materials, wrapping, or cushioning. Marking and labeling must comply with MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130N, including barcoding and hazardous material notifications aligned with 29 CFR 1910.1200. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination under FAR 52.246-2, using MIL-STD-1916 sampling with AQL thresholds of 0.1 for critical, 1.0 for major, and 4.0 for minor defects, allowing zero non-conformances unless otherwise specified. Invoicing is exclusively through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) using Invoice 2in1 or Cost Voucher formats, with electronic submission mandated.
