Mount Rogers Community Services Board is seeking a qualified contractor to perform labor and material replacement and repair of damaged soffit and associated roofing components at its facility located at 410 W. Main Street, Wytheville, Virginia. The scope includes the installation of a new adhered .060 EPDM roofing membrane over hidden gutters, with termination along the roof edge using shop-fabricated 24-gauge pre-painted counterflashing. New 24-gauge pre-painted drop drains will be installed at each existing location, and all corners must be flashed in accordance with the roof manufacturer’s standard details. A new 24-gauge pre-painted drip edge will be installed along the open perimeter and properly integrated with the newly applied EPDM membrane through stripping. All work must address any additional repairs necessary to restore the integrity of the roofing and soffit system.
