PURPOSE: The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to hire a subcontractor manhole and settlement repairs at the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District (WLSSD) Closed Landfill. A contractor for the State of Minnesota (GHD Services, Inc.) hired as MPCA’s representative to oversee and provide contract administration for the scope of services included in this Contract.
LOCATION: The Site is located near the intersection of Rice Lake Road and Calvary Road in Duluth, Minnesota.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT DEADLINE: April 17, 2024
QUESTIONS DEADLINE: 2:00 PM, Central Time, April 24, 2025
The project shall be finally complete no later than June 15, 2025.
