This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445526Q0087 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for MPF Grant Creek Culvert Replacement.
PROJECT SUMMARY: The USFS is pursuing a Purchase Order for the culvert replacement construction services on the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie. Work includes but is not limited to staking, clearing and grubbing, structure excavation, dewatering, riprap placement, concrete barrier, conserved topsoil placement, mulching and seeding, erosion control, signing, and streambed simulation.
