Full Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source, firm fixed price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-15-G-0026 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGC), San Diego, CA for the procurement of Radar A-kits, blade fold cradles, and associated cables and brakes in support of the MQ-8B Fire Scout Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS). This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort was solely within the discretion of the Government.
