Full Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded Firm Fixed Price Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order N00019-15-G-0026-1258 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), San Diego, CA, for the procurement of one (1) Radar Power Distribution Assembly (PDA), three (3) Cable Harness Assemblies, and nine (9) Radio Frequency (RF) Cable Assemblies to support the Vertical Takeoff and Landing Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (VTUAV) MQ-8B Fire Scout program. This acquisition was conducted on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
