The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded Fixed Price Incentive Fee modification to existing MQ-8C Fire Scout FY15 - 18 Production Contract N00019-16-C-0055 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), San Diego, CA, for the repair of the MQ-8C Production Air Vehicle C23. This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
