AI Contract Overview
The New Hampshire Army National Guard is seeking to acquire Multi Function Devices currently under lease through Microtechnologies by executing a buyout at the conclusion of the existing lease term. This acquisition is being conducted as a sole-source action under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, with the sole intent of maintaining uninterrupted service across all NHARNG armories by avoiding the downtime that would occur if equipment were replaced through a new procurement process. The equipment is already deployed and operational at all armory locations, and the goal is to transition seamlessly from a lease to an outright purchase with Microtechnologies as the exclusive provider. The solicitation number is W912TF26QA019, issued by the W7NN Uspfo Activity NH ARNG under the Department of Defense, and it is classified as a justification-type action with no competitive quotes being requested. The NAICS code is 334118, and the performance location is Concord, New Hampshire. Although pricing details, delivery schedules, and contract value are not disclosed due to the non-competitive nature of the acquisition, the requirement is structured to ensure continuity of operations and to leverage existing equipment with a single vendor. The point of contact for inquiries is Richard Trafton, and the response deadline is July 16, 2026.
