The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to conduct a series of training exercises and activities involving a variety of training scenarios at a single location from September 17 to October 7, 2022.
The contractor must provide a minimum of 100 square kilometers of land in Canada or the USA with a minimum of 1500 feet elevation variation with facilities available 24 hours/day for:
a. Live firing (ranges), b. Close Quarter Battle (CQB) and breaching, c. Mobility and driver training, Aviation operations, d. High altitude parachuting, e. a paved runway/landing strip that is a minimum of 7000 ft x 120 ft, f. Accommodations, and Logistics support.
This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement W3048-21KJ02. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
