Army Contracting Command - Rock Island Arsenal (ACC-RIA) hereby issues Solicitation W519TC-26-Q-A219 for Multi-Tasking Machines in support of Rock Island Arsenal- Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center. This solicitation will result in a single firm-fixed price contract. This solicitation is issued in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary  Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul(RFO) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and RFO FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). This solicitation will be awarded to the  lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Multi-Tasking Machine specifications and procedures shall be in accordance with Attachment 0001 - RIPD.
