An amended solicitation has been provided to add mandatory clauses IAW E.O. 14398 “Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors”.


The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit - on behalf of the Naval Information Warfare Training Group Gulfport (NIWTG-G) - Norbit US, LTD (CAGE: 6P4L8) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(b). The instant requirement is to provide Hydrographic Surveyor Training for students to support NIWTG-G. The services consist of on-site, specialized instruction on multibeam theory, the operation of the Norbit Multibeam Echosounder (MBES), the Norbit iLiDar system, and the associated Otter Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV). The resultant Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and contain one (1) 5-year ordering period as follows:
