Due to proprietary information/ rights, the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to Oerlikon Metco (US)Inc. 1101 Prospect Avenue Westbury, NY 11590-0201 under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This requirement is for the Metal Spary Branch located at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, TX. This special notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations, solicitation package will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 3 days from the date of the publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to supply the above requirement. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this requirement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government.
