On the enforcement side, CLEAR conducts project-based investigations and chemical diversion investigations. The CLEAR team emergency vehicle will be used for the first assessment of any potential clandestine laboratory site and will safely execute covert entry and secure the premise for initial entry. This vehicle will also be utilized when specialized units need assistance to safely enter an unknown environment.
