In accordance with RFO 6.301, Availability of Justification, this posting provides public availability of the Justification and Approval which supports the ceiling increase that has been performed on the following Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Multiple Award Program (MAP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts within 14 days after contract award.
This action is being performed under the authority provided within RFO 6.103 -1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
