Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support requirements for the Multiple Leg Sling.


This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a Request for Proposal (RFP).  This notice should not be construed as a commitment by DLA Troop Support for any purpose.  DLA Troop Support assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred


The intent of this source sought notice is to gather information that will identify sources for the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced item for a Long-Term Contract.
