M.D. OF PROVOST NO. 52 2026 COMPACT TRACK LOADER TENDER The Municipal District of Provost No. 52 is currently accepting tenders for the purchase of one (1) new Compact Track Loader - equivalent or higher than Kubota SVL75-3. Specification: listed in Appendix A, attached. Acceptance of tender will be contingent on availability of the product, and suitability of the product to meet the M.D. requirements as per the specification sheet. These factors will be weighted at 40%, with the tendered price weighted at 60%. Price is to be quoted F.O.B. Provost, and GST is to be included and/or clearly annotated. Tenders are to be clearly marked “COMPACT TRACK LOADER TENDER” and submitted no later than 12:00 noon, Tuesday, February 10, 2026 and addressed to: Tyler Lawrason, Administrator M.D. of Provost No. 52 Box 300 (4504 – 53rd Avenue), Provost, Alberta, T0B 3S0. Only hardcopy submissions will be accepted (no faxes or e-mails). Tenders will be considered by the Council of the M.D. of Provost No. 52 on Thursday, February 12202, 2026 during the course of its regular meeting. The M.D. reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part and lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
