MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF PROVOST NO. 52 2026 Road Packer Tender The M.D. of Provost No. 52 is currently accepting tenders for the purchase of one (1) of the following: ❖ Pull behind sheep foot packer (Empire U-RPT-55608 or equivalent) ❖ Approximately 9.5’ wide ❖ Heavy duty 54” drum ❖ 6” long hardened steel packer teeth, with anti-wear Hard Surfacing on tips ❖ Heavy duty end bearings ❖ Specification Checklist: listed in Appendix A, attached. Acceptance of tender will be contingent on immediate availability of the product, and suitability of the product to meet the M.D. requirements as per the specifications. These factors will be weighted at 30%, with the tendered price weighted at 70%. Price is to be quoted F.O.B. Hughenden, AB and GST is to be included and/or clearly annotated. Tenders are to be clearly marked “2026 Road Packer Tender” and submitted no later than 12:00 noon, Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and addressed to: Tyler Lawrason, Administrator M.D. of Provost No. 52 Box 300 (4504 – 53rd Avenue), Provost, Alberta, T0B 3S0.
