The Municipality of Jasper is inviting proposals for the Rear Lane Underground Rehabilitation (2026) project in Jasper, Alberta. This project forms part of the Municipality’s Phase 2 servicing work for fire-affected properties and generally includes rear lane underground rehabilitation, water service replacement, sanitary service replacement, CIPP lining of existing sanitary sewer mains, related surface removal and restoration, insertion valve installation, common waste material disposal, fence salvage and replacement where required, and other associated utility rehabilitation and construction works. The Work is organized into the following schedules: Schedule A: 700 Block Connaught Drive Schedule B: 700 Block Patricia Street Schedule C: 800 Block Patricia Street Schedule D: 900 Block Patricia Street Schedule E: 800 Block Geikie Street Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal documents, specifications, drawings, and proposal forms. The successful proponent will be required to act as Principal or Prime Contractor for the project and comply with applicable safety, insurance, bonding, WCB, and regulatory requirements.
