The project involves interior demolition on 3 levels of the Murray Building on the Bedford Institute of Oceanography campus for a future full renovation. There is asbestos in certain areas and a Hazardous Material Report will be provided as part of the tender package. The building is connected to the campus but is vacant. Heat and electricity will remain in service for the duration of the project. This opportunity is only for contractors that pre-qualified under a recent solicitation process that was open to all interested parties. Unfortunately, if you did not participate in the phase one Invitation to Qualify, you cannot submit a bid for this project.
