The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-61679-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Gregory Musgrave. The Project is limited to three (3) encroachments to rock armor existing ford crossings on unnamed tributaries to Ten Mile Creek. Additional work includes minor grading and road approach improvements including placement of rock, as necessary to minimize erosion. Vehicles shall not be operated on the ford crossings when surface water is present.
