Scope includes selective demolition and ACM abatement; a new raised floor over the existing pool (structural steel, metal deck, concrete); CMU infill at the South elevation; replacement exterior windows and entry door; a new exterior ADA concrete ramp with sidewalks, curbs, earthwork and storm/sanitary drainage; metal stud and gypsum board partitions, insulation, firestopping and sealants; hollow metal, aluminum and wood doors and hardware, glazing; carpentry and millwork; tile, acoustical ceilings, sheet vinyl and resilient flooring, wall coverings and painting; cubicle curtains, wall protection and toilet accessories; HVAC (air handling unit, heat exchanger, hydronic piping and pumps, ductwork, fans, DDC controls, TAB and commissioning); plumbing; sprinkler modifications; electrical power and lighting; and fire alarm modifications.
