The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price (FFP) order, under previously awarded Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-13-G-0002, on a non-competitive basis with the Canadian Commercial Corporation50 O'CONNOR ST, SUITE 1100, OTTAWA K1A 0S6 L.P., 7115 for the procurement of Wescam MX 15 turret parts and spares for Wescam turret systems for the Naval Air Systems Command 4.5X Special Surveillance Programs (SSP). The Government intends to procure the below items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is for the following MX 15HDi Spares: AZ Encoder EXPLORER CASE (PLUCK FOAM) 14 15/16 X 10, REQUIRED FOR P/N 44106-02 CCA, Payload Process Rear Door, Including Heat Exchanger EXPLORER CASE 5833, REQUIRED FOR P/N 45277-XX CCA, POWER SUPPLY, MX15 DRIVE ASSY ELEVATION 32MM MX15 IMCU EXPLORER CASE 3317, REQUIRED FOR P/N 42420-02 AZ Motor EXPLORER CASE 3317, REQUIRED FOR P/N 42419-01 CCA, OUTER EL SERVOAMP, MX15D Front Door EXPLORER CASE 5833, REQUIRED FOR P/N 41568-01 CCA, SERVO AMP, LENS, IR IMU (Gyro) EXPLORER CASE 2717, REQUIRED FOR P/N 31875-LN422 Extender Motor JOYSTICK Additionally, several repairs will be provided on existing units damaged OCONUS. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
