Mycronic Pick and Place Machine

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Mycronic Inc. for a complete surface mount technology (SMT) production line, including a Mycronic MYPRO S30 Stencil Printer, MYPRO PI PICO 3D Solder Paste Inspection Machine, MYPRO A40LX-17 Pick-and-Place Machine, Automatic Loader, nine ED600 Conveyors, one ED1200 Conveyor, one ED1200WS Workstation, and one Turn Unit 610MM. This action is justified under FAR 6.103-1 due to the necessity of maintaining compatibility with existing Mycronic proprietary equipment already in use by the government. The contract also includes installation, integration, commissioning, on-site operator and maintenance training, technical documentation, and warranty support.
