Mystic & Noank Library Park Project

The Mystic and Noank Library Park Project, managed by the Connecticut DAS Procurement agency, is a solicitation for Phase 1 of the library landscape master plan. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive site development, including the installation of erosion and sediment controls, clearing and grubbing, selective demolition, and the implementation of site lighting and underground conduits. Infrastructure improvements involve the installation of catch basin tops, area drains, stormwater piping, asphalt paving, and precast concrete curbing. Additional site enhancements include the construction of exposed aggregate concrete sidewalks, concrete and stone stairs, dry laid stone walls, and metal handrails. The project also focuses on environmental landscaping through the planting of native trees, shrubs, and perennials.
