NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - This procurement action is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1 with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement; therefore proposals cannot be submitted directly on this notice. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to procure the "Fabrication and Installation of an Electrical Power Distribution and Heating and Cooling System for two HUMVEE Shelters" with Quetron Systems, Inc. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330 with a small business size standard of $4.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, all information received by 29 February 2012 will be considered by the Government.
