The Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center (ARC), plans to award a sole-source contract to Pioneer Network, Inc. for the installation of at least 56 C Core workstations. Pioneer Network, located in Lutherville, MD, is recognized as the authorized installer for West Virginia, making them the preferred vendor for this project. The contract is contingent upon final approval, and no solicitation document is available for public distribution. Interested parties are invited to submit affirmative responses by the deadline of 2:00 pm EST on October 29, 2004, accompanied by proof of certification as a C Core furniture installer. The contract emphasizes that a request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not qualify as an affirmative response. If no other qualified vendors submit a response demonstrating the capability to meet all contract requirements and offer a more advantageous proposal for the Government, the award will proceed exclusively with Pioneer Network. This approach ensures that the installation is managed by a certified and authorized installer, maintaining quality and consistency in the deployment of the furniture workstations.
