Vendors that have questions regarding the sole source nature of the requirement or vendors that believe they can fully provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer no later than September 7, 2026.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement in with convincing evidence they can furnish the requested service, and if possible, a brief price breakout of services for comparison to an Independent Government Estimate (IGE). Vendors should also describe their full authority to access Johnson Controls Metasys control server-based system since this will be a requirement during performance. All responses received will be used for market research purposes and evaluated if capable of providing the subject service. All responses should include the vendor’s Unique Entity Identifier Number and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Vendors should additionally identify themselves as either a small business or any other than small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334512. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is 650 Emp.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the market research purposes of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.

Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered and active in SAM.Gov.

Any questions regarding this proposed action and responses shall be directed to Matt Steele (Contracting Officer) at matthew_steele@ios.doi.gov.
