N -- Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Homeland Security's Procurement Directorate Contracting Division has issued a notice of intent to sole source a contract to EF Johnson for product staging and project management related to the installation of EF Johnson equipment. This equipment is being procured through the Federal Supply Schedule under the provisions of FAR Part 8.
