The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date of this solicitation for quotes to Monday, January 11, 2016 by 1:00 p.m. ET. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being posted in accordance with FAR 13.302 and FAR 12.207(a). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Headquarters Procurement Operations Division (HPOD), has a requirement to make a one-time supply purchase of the items required to update the Administrators Studio One lighting grid and replace the energy inefficient hot lights with an all LED grid lighting. Quotes submitted in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the description of line items provided below. Delivery of all items under this requirement must be delivered no more than thirty (30) days after receipt of order (ARO). Additional warranty service plan coverage need not be provided. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror (LPTA). A quote will be determined technically acceptable if the items quoted meet the EPAs need. Quotes should be itemized and firm-fixed price. A total firm-fixed price must be stated. The point of contact (POC) for this RFQ is: Sharon Whitehair, Contracting Officer, at contact@example.gov. All quotes shall be submitted electronically via FedConnect (see applicable solicitation provision) by 11 January 2016 by 1:00 PM ET. Quotes received after the RFQ response due date and time will not be accepted.
