The Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV) has identified a need to refresh the audio/visual components of its Flag
Officers Farragut Conference Room located in Suite 250 on the 2nd floor of building 1602 at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek
(JEBLTLC). This requirement will support INSURV's transition away from older technology into a Microsoft TEAMS environment.

The Government intends to evaluate and award a FFP purchase order on initial quotes; therefore, the Vendor's initial quote should containthe Vendor's best terms from a price standpoint. Total price will be evaluated taking into the account the total FFP for the period ofperformance. The Government may evaluate any and all information submitted by the vendor to support the reasonableness of prices quoted. The method of evaluation used by the Contracting Officer is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
