This contract requires eligible contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, and facilities to restore the government-owned component to operational condition. The solicitation is intended to follow a sole-source procurement process under FAR 6.302-1, with Textron Systems as the planned contractor due to the government’s lack of necessary data to perform the repairs internally. Although this is not a competitive solicitation, the government will consider proposals submitted within five days of the notice, including those from new sources subject to source approval requirements. Interested contractors must adhere to submission guidelines, including providing source approval information if not previously approved, with the understanding that source approval processing will not delay contract award. The contract falls under NAICS code 334412 and is managed from Philadelphia, PA. The deadline for responses is April 30, 2026, with primary and secondary points of contact available via email for further communication. This repair effort is part of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and emphasizes restoring critical equipment to support operational readiness of international defense partners.
