AI Contract Overview
NAVSUP Weapons System Support Philadelphia intends to award a five year repair Basic Ordering Agreement to Pacific Propeller International to support P-8 requirements. This is a sole source procurement based on the fact that Pacific Propeller International is the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source capable of providing the necessary repair support, as the government does not own the required technical data. The procurement will follow FAR Part 15 procedures and include UID and Buy American clauses. The solicitation is not a small business set aside and will be managed electronically via NECO. While the government intends to negotiate with a single source, other capable firms may submit capability statements or proposals to be considered. The approximate solicitation issue date is August 27, 2026, with a closing date of September 28, 2026. Interested parties must coordinate with the primary point of contact, Grace McGinley, via email.
