Brief Description VAPAHCS is requesting a Base Year plus three (3) Option Year Service Contract for Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures and site training for all equipment to control the release of hazardous energy to meet both VHA Directive and governing NFPA codes and OSHA standards. Requesting labor, materials, equipment, supervision, administrative support required for the development of LOTO procedures for all equipment requiring LOTO procedures for approximately 900 pieces of equipment. See details in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: 9/1/2026-8/31/2030 base year plus three option years. All interested contractors must respond by email to wayne.geschwindt@va.gov no later than 10:00 A.M. PST on June 16, 2026.
Basic Requirement Information Interested vendors are asked to review the draft SOW and provide the following information in their response: 1. What is your company s Socioeconomic Status?
