The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential capable and qualified sources for the following location: Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL 33744. The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System has a requirement for the design, furnishing of materials, installation, testing, and commissioning of a complete emergency stop (E-Stop) shutdown system serving the Building 100 Boiler Plant. ***See attached Draft Statement of Work*** Interested parties should provide the following information: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, and point of contact email address and phone number. 2. UEI number and CAGE code. 3. Business size status under NAICS code 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors). 4. A brief capability statement (no more than five pages) describing experience performing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity within the last five years. 5. Confirmation that the firm has personnel licensed and qualified to perform commercial electrical construction in the State of Florida.
