Rejected and Rebid - N2 Network Repair Project – Contract 1 - Excavate and Repair Sanitary Sewer Pipelines

Sealed bids for the N2 Network Repair Project – Contract 1 are invited by the Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority for the excavation and replacement of 8-inch transite sanitary sewer pipelines along East Canal Dr, North Shore Dr, Carolyn Pl, Ryan Dr, and Sylvan Ave in Summit Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania. The work involves removing damaged pipe segments while leaving them in place, installing new 8-inch PVC pipe with proper bedding material, reconnecting lateral connections, and restoring street surfaces to original condition. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PennBid portal by 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on May 22, 2026, and must include a bid security equal to at least ten percent of the total bid amount in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, treasurer’s check, or bid bond payable to the Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority.
