N2 Network Repair Project – Contract 1 - Excavate and Repair Sanitary Sewer Pipelines work is located on East Canal Dr, North Shore Dr, Carolyn Pl, Ryan Dr, and Sylvan Ave. in Summit Township, Crawford County, PA, as shown on the plans. Excavation and replacement of 8-inch transite sanitary sewer pipeline segments. Pipe shall be left in the ground and new 8-inch PVC installed, apply new bedding material, and reconnection of lateral connections and street restoration.
The bids will be opened publicly and read at the above address in the Sadsbury Municipal Building at the apparent time and place.
Bidding forms and specifications may be obtained at no cost via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
Each bid must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's, treasurer's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price in accordance with provisions contained in the "Instructions to Bidders" section of the specifications. Proposal Security shall be made payable to the Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority.
The minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project.
