This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. The Naval Information Warfare Center NIWC Atlantic Hanahan, SC 29410, intends to award a sole source order to V2 Forensics for software package and training on their V2 SSE Graykey, XRY Pro and Disero software. This order will acquire, on a soles source basis. V2 Forensics has proprietary rights for providing and facilitating the software and training, while ensuring it is also compatible within the approved Government Program of Record. The estimated value of the training is less that 350,000K. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.101 b for single source. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems code is 611420.
