The Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition – PDQ Software Licenses

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Navajo Area Office located in Window Rock, Arizona, intends to restrict competition and negotiate a firm-fixed-price award with, PDQ.COM Corp (UEI: ULKXVE4KBJ13). PDQ.COM Corp is the only vendor capable of providing PDQ Inventory Software licenses for inventory software for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service Facilities. PDQ.Com is the exclusive provider of the license inventory software. The NAICS code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with an associated small business size standard of $34.0 million dollars.

The Period of Performance will be for a 12-month period from the date of award. The award will be a sole sources procurement pursuant to RFO 12.201-1. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with RFO 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures.
