The Department of Homeland Security, through the Aviation Logistics Center, seeks an FAA certified 145 center with onsite de-paint and paint facilities to perform scuffing, sanding, de-painting, and external painting. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery requirements contract consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with a total duration not to exceed five years. The place of performance and inspection/acceptance will occur at the contractor's site, with USCG personnel conducting final visual inspections based on specific quality standards for gloss, thickness, and surface inclusions.
