NATIONAL FIRE CODES ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES U.S. ARMY OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT CHIEF OF STAFF, INSTALLATION MANAGEMENT SYNOPSIS This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston Contracting Office on behalf of the Department of the Army, Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff, Installation Management intends to negotiate and award a contract to the National Fire Protection Association, 1 Batterymarch Park, Quincy, MA 02169-7471. Authority cited is 41 United States Code 1901, as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. The requirement is for 500 accounts/licenses for an online "internet-based" database subscription service to the National Fire Codes. The contractor shall provide 500 online database accounts/licenses to the National Fire Codes for U.S. Fire Protection Professionals, which are continuously updated, for a one-year (12 month) period. The anticipated period of performance is 29 September 2015 through 28 September 2016. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 519190 (All Other Information Services), with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $27.5 million. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and no solicitation will be issued. No contract will be awarded on the basis of responses received to this notice.
