REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - National Qualified Representative Program (NQRP)
The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to identify commercial capabilities that could support a future acquisition for Legal Services, referred to as NQRP.
The U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is required to provide legal representation and other related services nationwide to individuals in covered immigration proceedings who have been found mentally incompetent to represent themselves. The Statement of Objectives (SOO) attached below describes the outputs expected to be achieved in order to ensure agency compliance with the requirements set forth below.

If your company has the capability to provide the solution outlined in the SOO, please submit a capabilities statement tailored to this requirement and provide the following information on the cover page of your capabilities statement: company name, address, point of contact (name, phone number, email address), website URL, and UEI Number. Response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not affect any firm’s ability to submit an offer if, or when, a solicitation is released. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offer will be considered in response to this RFI. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this RFI.
