The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center located in SeaTac, Washington has established an annual requirement for Native American Spiritual Leader Services. This requirement has been established to support comprehensive religious programs within the Correctional Facility's Religious Services Department. The anticipated service contract will be a fixed priced, competitive, small business award for a twelve month contract performance period. The required services will be conducted one day a week, and will be accomplished to support the Religious Service Department's religious program goals and objectives. The Agency shall award services to the responsible offer that conforms to each aspect of the solicitation, and which has provided the best value to the government. The solicitation's availability to an interested Offeror is expected to be on or after August 30, 2011 and will be distributed exclusively through the Federal Business Opportunities web site http:// www.fbo.gov . A hard copy of the solicitation will not be available for the acquisition. This site provides downloading instructions to the Offeror. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties shall be responsible for the monitoring of this site, to insure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The Detention Center's anticipated date of receipt for quotations shall be on or near the date of September 9, 2011. All Offeror's that are interested in receiving contracts with the federal government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov). A selected Offeror under this solicitation will be required to complete security clearance prior to a contract award. Faith based and Community based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
