AI Contract Overview
The U.S. Army, through the Office of the Regional Contracting Office – Hawaii under the Department of Defense, has issued a Sources Sought notice titled Protestant Religious Education Coordinator under solicitation number W912CN26QA021, with a response deadline extended to July 31, 2026. This action is directed at identifying qualified small businesses capable of providing Protestant religious education coordination services, with the opportunity set aside exclusively for total small business participation as defined under FAR 19.5. The notice is posted on SAM.gov and seeks industry input on capabilities, not final proposals or prices, meaning no contract award is anticipated at this stage. The point of contact for inquiries is Roger V. Leake, with secondary support from MAJ Robert Frank, and all responses must be submitted to the designated portal. The place of performance is identified as Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, with the contracting office located at Fort Shafter, HI. No contract clauses, statement of work, evaluation criteria, delivery terms, pricing information, or administrative details are included, consistent with the nature of a Sources Sought notice aimed at gathering market research. No attachments, representations, certifications, packaging requirements, or special conditions are specified because this is not a formal solicitation but rather an initial market awareness effort to determine industry interest and capacity within the small business community for the future procurement of religious education support services.
