Protestant Administrative Religious Education Coordinator Services

1. Introduction
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Army Contracting Command, 413th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii (RCO-HI) intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for Protestant Administrative Religious Education Coordinator services for the U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii (USAG-HI), located on the Island of Oahu.
2. Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform Protestant Administrative Religious Education Coordination services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide two (2) full-time coordinators to support the Religious Support Office (RSO). Services include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and executing weekly and seasonal religious education programs.
- Preparing and distributing monthly calendars, flyers, and other publicity materials.
- Managing facility reservations for RSO events.
- Tracking program attendance and preparing reports.
- Supporting community-wide events such as Vacation Bible School and resiliency expos.

5. Evaluation Criteria
