NATO Request for Pre-Competitive Industry Engagement: Operational Network – Extension Program (ON-X)

The NATO Communications and Information Agency is conducting market research through a Request for Information to engage industry partners in the early planning stages of the Operational Network – Extension Program, known as ON-X. This initiative aims to gather insights on potential solutions for delivering private cloud infrastructure, data center facilities, core digital workplace services, and service operation management, with a focus on standardizing Infrastructure as a Service, Client Provisioning Services including Campus LAN and Desktop Services, and Enterprise Core Services such as Identity Management, Email, and Instant Communication. The effort is strictly for planning purposes and is not a solicitation for bids; no contract has been awarded or will be awarded as a result of this engagement. Companies interested in participating must complete an online survey by 23:00 CET on 21 June 2026, providing details about their company, relevant past projects including scope, customer type, data classification levels, and their role in those engagements, with responses submitted exclusively through the designated SurveyMonkey portal and no submissions accepted via email. Additionally, firms wishing to attend the hybrid industry engagement event on 2 and 3 July 2026 at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in The Hague must register by 16:00 CET on 24 June 2026. All information submitted will be treated with confidentiality by NCIA.
